Overview

The Lelit Bianca V2 was the second generation of Lelit flagship dual boiler machine that established the Bianca as a benchmark in prosumer espresso. Building on the original Bianca design, the V2 introduced an improved LCC display with more intuitive controls, refined internal plumbing, and better build quality throughout. The signature flow control paddle on the E61 group head remained the centerpiece feature, allowing baristas to modulate water flow in real time during extraction for true pressure profiling capability. The dual boiler configuration with 800ml brew boiler and 1500ml steam boiler provided simultaneous brewing and steaming without compromise. The rotary pump ensured quiet operation, and the machine could be plumbed or run from its reservoir.
