The Wacaco Nanopresso is a palm-sized portable espresso maker that produces remarkably genuine espresso through a patented hand-pumping mechanism. At just 336 grams empty, the Nanopresso generates up to 18 bars of stable pressure — more than most home electric machines — through a series of rapid hand pumps that drive water through a finely ground coffee puck. The result is a concentrated shot with real crema, body, and intensity that far exceeds what you would expect from a device smaller than a water bottle. The workflow is simple: fill the water tank with hot water, load the filter basket with finely ground coffee, tamp lightly, assemble, flip upside down, and pump. Each pump cycle drives a small volume of water through the grounds at high pressure, and a full extraction takes about 20 pumps. The Nanopresso is built from BPA-free materials with a durable polycarbonate body that handles travel abuse. An optional Nespresso capsule adapter (NS Adapter) allows using original Nespresso pods for ultimate convenience on the road.
