With independent 500ml brew and 800ml steam boilers controlled by PID, the Elizabeth V2 delivered true dual boiler performance — simultaneous brewing and steaming without temperature compromise — in a compact package at an aggressive price point. The machine featured pre-infusion, programmable volumetric dosing, a built-in shot timer, and comprehensive control over both boiler temperatures through the LCC interface.
